Policies, Terms and Conditions:
The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as “Conditions”) described below govern the use of this site (referred to as ” ChicoHomeBrewShop” or “site”). Your use and/or placement of any order with ChicoHomeBrewShop indicate your acceptance of these conditions.
Coupons/Promotions
Promotions and coupons are not valid on previously purchased merchandise, gift certificates or taxes. Coupons and Promotions are not valid on sale items. For all promotions, quantity is limited to stock on hand. No rain checks will be issued unless specifically stated in promotion details. Any promotion can end without notice. Coupons have no cash value and may only be used for the items intended. Coupon expiration times are Pacific Standard Time (PST). While we try to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions, and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description. Such corrections may be made even after an order is accepted.
Sale Prices
Items that are marked on sale are not included in Coupons or Promotions. These items are already priced at their lowest price.
Taxes
ChicoHomeBrewShop shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within California. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
International shipping
International shipments may have taxes due to your country. Please check on this before placing your order. The taxes are your responsibility and ChicoHomeBrewShop will not be held responsible for any assumptions otherwise. Please check with your local import agents on any fees that may be incurred. Know what items and what documentation are necessary when placing your order. ChicoHomeBrewShop will not be held responsible for any customs paperwork or banned items to your country. If an item is returned, for any reason, the buyer (you) are responsible for the items on this order. If these items include perishable product(s), the buyer (you) is responsible for the cost of these products. Be aware of what items are allowed, by customs, into your country. ChicoHomeBrewShop will not be responsible for items shipped to countries that do not permit these items.
Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Products
All products are described to the best of our ability. If you have questions, please ask before purchasing. Do not assume anything from an image as stock images are sometimes used.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. ChicoHomeBrewShop reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with ChicoHomeBrewShop. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks
ChicoHomeBrewShop accepts money orders, cashiers checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashiers check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Returns
We will gladly accept the return of products for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Returned items must be unused or a 30% restocking fee will be charged. Some drop ship items, if returning to the vendor, are subject to up to a 15% restocking fee even if the box has not been opened.
Returns Shipping
On any defective product, ChicoHomeBrewShop will pay for all shipping for the first 30 days. If the return is not for reasons of defect, purchaser will be responsible for All Shipping Charges. “All Shipping Charges” would include any “Free Shipping” that was used to deliver the item initially- This initial cost, along with return shipping, will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Typographical/Shipping Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, shipping error, image error, or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, ChicoHomeBrewShop shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. ChicoHomeBrewShop shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, ChicoHomeBrewShop shall issue a credit to customers credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Customer
You are responsible for all shipping cost associated with incorrect address, quantity ordered, or any other errors on your part. We will do our best to ease the pain of return shipping. Please double check your order before submitting.
